The HR and Operations teams are really lacking. They seem to handle requests and issues without any empathy, almost like they’re just clocking in and out like some government workers. I ended up quitting because I was simply asking for a cab or some allowance for my 20-kilometer commute since I don’t own a bike and the metro isn’t running at 3 AM.

This is a superb tool that comes with a library of courses, reporting features, collaboration options, assessments, and surveys. Being mobile-friendly is a big plus, allowing learners to dive into courses whenever and wherever they want. This training software really helps me organize and carry out workplace training effectively.

I've been testing out Proprofs for about 10 days. The product is pretty dull, but it's affordable and has the features I needed. However, the so-called 'easy' integration with Salesforce ended up locking my account for three days! I had to escalate a support ticket just to get it unlocked. On top of that, the support is seriously lacking! ProProfs' customer service is honestly some of the worst I've ever dealt with. I can’t get any help or even reach an account representative when I need to. Urgent emails go unanswered or take days to get a response, and then they suggest a meeting that’s even further out! We’re definitely taking our business elsewhere!

You can track progress and see how much is done. With that info, you can make sure everything gets wrapped up on schedule. Likewise, I think the auto-graded quizzes are great for checking understanding of various compliance subjects. I can give feedback immediately after handing out the quizzes.

I've been trying to get some help with Proprofs' platforms for more than a month now. All my documents and lessons have been waiting for a review for over 30 days. The mobile apps are down, and there's been zero tech support for that. I've sent emails to every address I could find, but no one has replied. Help tickets, online chats, and phone calls? Nada.

Seriously, don’t waste your time or cash. I’m pretty sure this company has shut its doors, and you won’t get a refund or any help.
